Some C&C for me please !

It looks like there is some motion blur on the first picture and I'm not a fan of the angle on the second but its not a bad picture. I'm in and edity mood tonight so here's one I did for you :)

#2 is more interesting than #1

#1 appears to have camera shake. You've cut off parts of the plant. White balance needs adjusting. Over-all the plant is not interesting ... you would be better off getting a closer cropped shot.

#2 would be more interesting by cutting out the table and corners of the wall.

Yea the shifted angle of picture #2 usually comes up short for some reason, it's decent picture though. As for the 1st picture, try not centering the subject next time. Look up the rule of thirds and use it. It will work %99. Good luck!

Wow that looks much better  Thank you for all the input, it is greatly appreciated. And I can only do so much with the cameras I have :grumpy:

I would suggest to try to capture objects from a different angle. So for example, # 1 and #2 - try shooting from top looking down ot from the side. Also, I've seen some great shots with different cameras - both point and shoot and SLR's...experiment and you'll get some amazing shots.
