Some flowers (300mm + close up lens)

just some test shots I did a couple of days ago with a 300mm lens plus a close up lens screwed onto it (currently my only macro option).

Hey not bad ... are these full frame? Very good DOF on that yellow Daisy. What was your F/Stop?

f/25 on all of them except #3 which is f/18

full frame in both senses: almost zero cropping in postprocessing and also taken on a full frame 35mm sensor

lol, ... didn't count the Ds, but the number which comes with it is a 5 only I like to travel light

not too close as it is a 300mm lens ... I would guess around 20-30cm.

in terms of macro these images are pretty close to 1:1.

The blossoms in the last ones are really tiny ... they are measured in a couple of mm only.

The second is by far my favorite...the only thing that bothers me is the blue blurb happening on the right

Yeah, I was wondering if that close up lens affected the focusing distance at all.

it does reduce the minimum focus distance ... alot
