It's been a while since i've posted, been very busy with work... But anyway, let me know what you think of these, I will be purchasing an Alien Bee 800 so that I can experiment with flash...

I think 2 could have looked a lot better if I had lighting coming from the upper left onto her face casting a shadow onto the right side of her face... That's just me though.

I put the second in B&W and lightened it up. She looks a little like Selena Gomez

That actually looks really cool, and she does look like her! I never even noticed haha

The first one would be good with a little more saturation and contrast. I'm also not a big fan of the composition. The tilted bench seems a bit distracting.

On two, there is a little flare, so adjusting the contrast might help that.

The lighting is 3 is really, really nice. Once again, though, it's a bit crooked. I'm not sure if that was your intent though.The bokeh is also a little distracting, but that can't really be helped depending on the lens you're using

Thanks, 3 is the most recent one, 1 and 2 were a few months ago... At the time, I thought 1 and 2 were perfect, but now that I look at them, i feel like they are boring because of the lighting and color...

1 & 2 both seem out of focus to me. 2 needs a lot of fill light on the girl. The background is overexposed and she is underexposed. 3, there's a weird shadow/skin tone thing going on her arm and the background bokeh and tones look really fake. Like you tonemapped the background and then added fake blur or something.

I agree, on #1 there could be a little more color. Maybe more temperature/vibrance
