One hell of a job for 1st time! There are blown areas on her dress but overall not bad!

Great Job!!! Watch the composition in the first two though, they have some stuff along the bottom of the frame that is distracting, and in my opinion makes the second photo almost unacceptable. The first one just needs a slight crop to get whatever is in the bottom of the frame out. Great job at capturing them at the right moments though, Simply beautiful!!

Wow! Thanks, guys. Yeah, I know I had some framing issues. I was trying to get oriented, stay out of #1 shooter's way, and not commit any total faux paus during the ceremony (I'm not a church goer and I was trying to balance getting the shots and paying proper respects). Since you asked :) Here are a few more.

Based on the bokeh, were these taken with 70-200mm f2.8?

Actually, you're the second person who asked me that today! I took almost all with the 135L. I don't have the 70-200 2.8 (sadly).

Good shootin'!!! Nice stuff. Like the bokeh. Love the light.

Wow. Well beyond decent!

Very solid and well executed ceremony pics. I really like the bride's expression in a few of them. You can see how happy she is during the wedding, and emotion is the absolute most important thing to capture. She would even overlook the funky stuff at the bottom of a couple frames.

The portraits had some good ideas emerging, but might be improved with tighter framing. Hard to do without getting in the way of the main shooter when you don't have a long zoom.

I also really dig the shot of the bridal party that you took from the side in your second post. Great image. Portfolio quality. Brides would love it.

I thought these looked extra crisp - that 135 is a great lens. If I shot Canon, I'd use choose that over the 70-200 whenever possible.

I would enjoy the opportunity to shoot 2nd or 3rd just to see what I could turn out.

Your pictures are very nice!

Thank you for sharing.
