Ok i am trying to make an animated psp theme but since i don't know how to use the photoshop or gimp i need some help from you.
First of all this is the wallpaper which i try to animate:
I already added some animated clouds but i want to animate the windmill, the grass and the moon if it is possible.
To do this someone must isolate the windmill wings the moon.
Post here if you can help me.
Thanks in advance !
EDIT:about the licenses.Sorry guys but i don't know if this is licensed cause i found it in a pack with psp wallpapers.
