Some imtresting pictures for C&C

I havent posted any pictures for CC in a long while so here is some of my recent pictures. Lets see if I have progressed any.

The last two are really cool pictures, very interesting! The first one has potential, but it seems somewhat out of focus.

The second one is not as exciting as the others....

I really like the third one, the second however doesn't do anything for me. It looks like a cropped picture of a tea kettle nothing more.

The last one is very nice too.

#1 I think a narrower DOF would probably have made the image more interesting.

#2 is noisy as well as relatively uninteresting.

#3 is a not-so-interesting picture of a very interesting subject. I might try reducing the specular highlights and increase the contrast.

#4 Is pretty darn cool. The silhouette is a bit soft but not bad, but the way the different elements play together (the ship, the horizon, the sun, the clouds) is really nice. You need to clone out the sensor dust in the upper left corner (and clean your sensor )

thanks everyone for your awesome suggestions. And overall I agree with them too the first two are straight from the camera to the internet, and the last two have been tinkered with in CS4
