You've got some unique birds where you live!!! Wow.
Love the angry, almost menacing looks of those that seem to be wanting the bird bath to themselves, not allowing a third party to join in on the fun ;) .
A pity that so many elements crept into your attempts to portrait them while sitting in the trees, such as the little twig in the last, or the pine needles in the second (in which his eye is nicely illuminated - which it is not in the first).

Nice pics - sort of ugly birds though, in fact, if I looked up "ugly bird" in the dictionary, their picture would probably be there . They remind me of the vultures I saw on my recent trip to Kenya, except they look like midgets when compared to them. The first one is the best one as it shows all the bird in its local surroundings. Some suggestions - try and show the whole bird or maybe just its head in your images, try not to crop off wings and tails, for example, #3 would be a good shot, you have a catchlight in its eye and it is fairly sharp, but you cropped off its tail, This destroys the value of the image. If you are interested in bird photography, and you seem to be, check out Art Morris' blog - Arthur Morris/BIRDS AS ART . If you check some of his "back editions, you can see some excellent examples of bird photography. Also, check out this on-line bird photography reference - Secrets of Digital Bird Photography . HTH.

Tony's right about the CA, you can really see it in the branches. The last is certainly most distracting.

Really like number 3; the little pop of red in the eye is really cool and unexpected. I might suggest trying a slightly tighter crop and not center your subject so much.
