Some Loons - Testing Lens

So was hoping to get on the lake before dusk but no luck. Was able to get some so-so shots with the new 400mm f/5.6. Noisy from the high ISO but still not bad given that the sun was below the horizon.

Also these are on the 7d MkII.

The 3rd one is really nice. It's a little tight in the frame. If you have room to work with that one see if you can add more space in front of the bird and maybe push the shadows out a little.
