So, I got my first new lens for christmas. A 50mm f/1.8 (yay me). I'm still getting used to the manual focus, so let me know if any are soft.

trade that d60 in for a d80 and enjoy autofocus. theres only about a $50 gap in there used price.

2 would have been great if not for the chair and whatever that is on the right. Tulips are my absolute fav.

3 is cute, makes me wanna dog.

There's something I like about 1... I dunno what it is. Good job.

I like the 2 and agree the chair is distracting, but great colors. 1 I kinda like, something about it throws me off, maybe a tad underexposed?
Nice I love my lens it's a great one.

Thanks for the comments.

I agree about #2, I didn't take enough time to clear the background of the chair. And the white thing on the right side is a water fountain/cooler type thing.

#3, the dog was outside of a glass door and wanted to come inside. She was standing up scratching the glass.

djacobox372: that's probably a good deal, but I'm content with my camera. I've got a ways to go before I will outgrow the body. And I don't mind manual focus so much... Just makes me pay more attention.
