some new hdr shot

Hey I am new to the forum just thought I would share a couple hdr shot and see what u all think :thumbup:

Is this the first time you have done this?

Just to pick, in the first one, why are there highlights on the inside of the store?

On the second one, I don't see how that is HDR?

The first one I am not sure exactly what u mean. When I do hdr I like the realistic look not the overdone ones. THe car was done with 3 images and converted in photomatix the light smoothing is one below high.

HDR is capturing the shadows, midtones, and highlights into one image.

One image should have been correctly exposed to where there isn't so much white in the window and that would be a little bit better

I like them! As you said, I like the tasteful HDRs that aren't over done, and I think you did just that! They could possibly have been a little more dramatic if you had used more images. But it is a matter mof taste; these don't scream HDR.

Thanks K8-90 thats what I was going for both were done with only 3 images. I have seen some hdr's that were heavily toned mapped and they dont look so good but I have seen others that do I think it comes down to the subject how much you should process them. Thanks for the positive reply :thumbup:
