1: sharp and well framed but her shoulder hunched up and the stuff in her glasses hurts a lot.
2: too much washed out and her ear and cheek are the brightest parts of the image.
3: nicely exposed and focussed but the entire right half of the frame is non-contributing - too much room there.

Thanks Lew. I'll take these thoughts into consideration if I can get them all to sit down and take some more portraits. Its kind of rare for them.

I am a fan of the "impromptu" portrait session, however all of these (save one) seem to more of a snapshot than any type of portrait. Also, your black and white processing (not just here either, I've noticed on a few of your threads) is VERY grey, not very striking.<br><br>Only the first image in the Joe Triptych is striking enough for me.&nbsp;
