If only people older than 1 months were that easy to pose. Of course the poses of newborns are by necessity, somewhat static.

don't forget, newborns can be posed in positions that are "natural" to them which can bring some great poses

YES they are! This was my first experience, and everyone always makes it look so easy. I guess the only upside is that as long as you can get them sleeping, it is easier because you know they aren't going to be moving all over the place. I have a ton of repect for those who are so good at this!
