They all look pretty decent - good focus and detail in all of them. The depth of field in #3 in perfect, I like that one earring(?) is in focus fully while the other is not.

Pity about the reflections in the sunglasses in #2, they distract me a bit much. Also not sure about the similar coloured head scarf to the background, it kind of makes the girl blend in a bit, but helps her face stand out more.

I really like the second shot, I disagree about the reflection in the glasses, I think it adds another layer to see while viewing the picture....although, I am not a big fan of the shooter being reflected. The other two, while nice, don't really speak to me.
