Some photos for c & c

Aside from a few minor complaints, I love #6. There's a lot of emotion in that one, and the desaturated PP effect really works for it. Complaints being, the guy blocking the frame on the right, the bike in front of him, the woman's feet out of the shot.

Lots of these are good, but I think that's my favorite. I don't think you belong in the beginner forum anymore. ;)

Thanks. I really am only a beginner still.

I like most of these. I've always thought you had a good eye for street photography. The first actually is my favorite - a funny object can make a good photo if it's in perfect relation to another element in the photo, and in this case, the woman walking by is in the perfect position. I would crop some off the top to focus attention better on the two figures.

Thank you, Ken. I agree, a little crop would help. I was trying to retain some of the houses in the background but they don't really do anything for the subject. Thanks again.

And a huge thank you to everyone who takes a moment to make a comment. I really appreciate it. Happy holidays.

No criticism, just a different composition set up for #1. (I realize you were not actually setting up the shots inso much as candidly shooting them)

1. Get somebody to crouch down back to camera and hold their head.
2. Lay a baseball at their feet, clearly viewable (Or roll it and make it OOF.
3. Place 3-4 balls at the base of the statues feet, giving the effect that the over sized figurine is actually throwing balls at the pedestrians. That would be an awesome photo.
