Some Portraits, Advice needed for improving or altering

Title Speaks it all, taken with natural light. More interested on the composition, exposure, lighting ect.

I quite like both of these. the expression in the first is a really nice capture. My biggest beef would be that their dark coats cause them to blend into the interior darkness so we don't really pick up their shape. A little rim light or back light would help. For my own visual comfort, I would have them in a little more from the left as they seem a little tight against the frame of the image.

First shot ... too much door. It is taking away from the subject.

I would have had her look at the camera ... or towards the camera, instead of something to the right.
