Some recent outdoor shots

Here are some photos I took in Maine. Hopefully I have photobucket set up correctly, if the photos cant be accessed let me know and I will adjust the settings.

I am still a novice so tips regarding composition as well as technique are appreciated.

These next two were taken from a moving canoe

Yeah I know the squirrel is out of focus, he took off just as I hit the shutter.

#2 is outstanding...I would just straighten out the horizon

it is a red squirrel that was sitting still until about 1/2 second before i hit the shutter.

I like #3 the best. I might suggest trying it with cropping out the bank along the top frame, it seems a bit distracting.
