I like the composition in #1, but i'd like to see the "HDR-ness" dialed back a little; did you consider a CPOL to help increase overall contrast/saturation and control the reflection on the water? #2 and 3 seem to lack the impac of the first.

sadly I didn't have my polarizer with me, I can try and work with the correctly exposed image to see if I can do it without using HDR
