I bought a new Canon 500D about a week ago
(I am quite new to photography)
Here are a few sunset images I took Yesterday...

They are very nice. Pleasing to look at the colors. Just try to keep your horizon kind of straight. Also try taking a few before the sun goes completely down. You get a whole different tone from the exact same scene.

Thanks a lot.
I tried to capture the sun... but by the time I found a good shooting spot... the only thing left of the sun was a little red line.
