I watched a tutorial on water drops...it gave me a little motivation to try it out.
Used what I had: Made a 'White Wall' ( white print paper attached to a large square of cardboard) to deflect the flash (sb-600). Nifty-fifty for most of the shots I took, then switched to the kit lens.
Had a rough time with the focusing. I set up a tripod and focused on a pencil in the exact location of the drops-- However, My cheap ass tripod started to piss me off... so that was the end of that. The rest went hand held.
Aside from buying a new tripod...lol, does anyone have any tips or tricks on doing these???
1.)EDIT: posted new image--cloned out blown highlight.

Visit my flickr for the rest of the water drop *attempts* :lmao:.
