Woohoo - I made it to 1,000 posts so I thought I'd share some home made apple pie with y'all. Better hurry - it's disappearing!

That should be "Pie I am soon to eat!"

Now I want someone to make me apple pie.

No problem - It's all good. This is the second shot, the first being the untouched pie. There is a third planned - an empty plate except for a few crumbs.

The photographer in me told my wife we will have to make another very soon so I can reshoot it without the blown-out highlight inside the plate. The rest of me said "It's delicious - let's make another."
