I started with film, and while I rarely ever shoot film anymore, I do appreciate it a great deal. So, at least for me, it's not because I'm "digital only."
There are a number of your shots I've really liked, this just isn't one of them. I can't really say why, but this one just doesn't really do anything for me. Clearly, that's a minority opinion, but there you go.

Thats ok you don't have to like it, it's not great i just like how the flare comes down to the bridge

I used to own a Tokina 28mm-80mm ATX-PRO f/2.8 zoom that I nicknamed "Der Flaremeister"...it flared like a S.O.B. whenever it was pointed toward the light. I actually donated it to a Florida-based senior citizen in a web-forum giveaway I did about 10 years ago on dPreview.

So...if anybody wants a flare-prone lens...look for one of those lenses!!!
