Sony a7r with Leica 50mm F2 lens

Hi everybody!

New user and a long time photography enthusiast [emoji16]

Tomorrow I will be getting an A7r with m mount adapter that I plan to use with my Summicron 50mm.

I've heard this is a great set up

Has anyone ever had experience with the A7 series of cameras and its focus peaking?

I'm excited to get started but I hear it's poor in low light

I'd love to hear thoughts

I have the A7 and to adapter you want is the close focus adapter it is expensive but it will reduce your minium focus be more than half, i'm not sure about the A7s in low light but the A7 is fantastic

Voigtlander 50F1.5asph and Voigtlander close focus, lens wide open and close focus fully open, the A7s seems to work well with 50mm and above, the Leica WATE and MATE seem to work well also
