Sony H200 VS Panasonic FZ38?

Hi all, I have the following questions, try on many forums in my language but no help, or say go for a Nikon D3200, other non Better a Cannon 550 ... and the truth is that I have a Sony DSC-h200, and this week a friend of a friend asked me if I want to replace it with a Panasonic Lumix FZ38 ..
