You should get the A77II, or the A77 (if the mkII is out of your budget).

I've been looking into all 3 and to be honest all the reviews say it isn't worth paying the extra for the 77 or 77mk 2 as the 65 has pretty much the same key features spec. ?

It depends on your budget ... if you can afford it, you might as well get the A77II.
