Sony Steady Shot - does it imprint a unique code into pictures?

Basically I used to have the sony cyber-shot DSC-S950. After it being misplaced, it was found, however there is a conflict in which a girl thinks it might be hers (she had the same camera). Is there any way for me to compare the pictures taken with this camera with the ones that I took before? I mean, is there a code that is specific to the camera so that I can either determine "yes, these pictures were taken by the same camera" or "no, this is a different camera from the one I had"?

EDIT: even if you don't have the specific camera, if you know the answer to your own camera and how to find it that will certainly help me.

We actually figured it out - she had a slightly different model. If you still want to comment go for it but everything's solved from my end.

Yeah, a serial number n the exif.
