forgot, the EXIF got cut off when I cropped the first two in CS5, these were with the 70-200 f4L IS, no filters, 5D Classic @ ISO 200, 1/800 @ f10. I was impressed with the image quality even cropped at like 60 percent on the first two, by far better than my old Rebel XTi with Tamron 18-270 superzoom.
The giant white Canon lens is a 600mm L IS and if you look carefully it has a 5D Mark II hanging off of it. The Nikon is an 800mm f5.6 with a 2x tele. Some serious hardware was in use today, all the pros were on our side because we are the only patch with a clear view of the actual base of the launchpad, the other side of the viewing area the pad is obscured by trees.
