A nice sharp image; I'm assuming that he could be shot from either closer or the other side? Failing that, an aspect where you were looking more directly at his underside might have been good, but a nice macro capture nonetheless. (I might crop that white pipe-like object off of the RH side too)

Yeah i couldn't get any closer (lens) and the underside seemed a little more out of my comfort zone as i would have had to play limbo with his web..
