I think this image is hurt by the inclusion of the guy with the black jacket staring into the camera.
It draws my eye away from anything else in the frame. Cropping him out and leaving just the girl in white gives me a feeling of impending confrontation which is emphasized by the leading line of the rail.
Otherwise, I think it's a nice capture.

Crop it so that the 2 people on the right are gone and it will be much more interesting.

Yep, if you give it an 8x10 landscape, it would come just to the white jackets sleeve. I personally think that the crop makes a big improvement. You don't say if you allow edits, so I didn't post.

I think the crop that would work the best would split the guy on the right in half and photoshop out the rest of him (and the guy behind as well of course).
The extra room to the right of the girl would balance the shot nicely.

I don't get the title. I see no one spitting. Agree with crop recommendations.
