Spotted Woodpecker in our Garden

[LaFoto]

Photos of wildlife in our garden do suffer from the fact that I must take them through the double-glazed window of the back door, but better to have this photo than not to have any photo of such rare guest, at all, I thought.

Beautiful bird, and it seems like you probably have a great backyard as well.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
My bird photography is NOTHING compared to that of EricD, for example, but well... I try.
And our garden is a drab mess just now, what with the first lot of snow gone.
The birds, however, LOVE the fact that all the snow's gone for now.
