Spring Is Here

Went outside to play with the new (to me) lens and teleconverter and saw about a dozen of these guys hopping around. Spring is here.

Colourful bird. Is that the US Robin? Hopefully spring will land here soon and coincide with some of the lockdown restrictions being lifted.

That would be a robin and they are considered harbingers of spring. We just started seeing a couple in my yard despite the fact that it was 10F on my way to work yesterday.
