Some images of the wildflowers from our 4 day road trip through the Midwest region here in Western Australia (WA). Spring here in WA is famous for it's wildflowers so there was a lot of travellers out on the roads in camper vans and towing caravans.

You have a nice variety there and some that I've never seen before so thanks for sharing. My favorite is #6.

First 5 almost look 3D with the dof and bokeh there cobber. Nicely done.

I've not seen any of those yet I think! :encouragement:
They are local species and most them only bloom in spring.
You have a nice variety there and some that I've never seen before so thanks for sharing. My favorite is #6.
Thanks Kirk. The last three images are of the "wreath flower" named for obvious reasons. We are still amazed how they grow out of what is basically gravel

Thanks mate. I don't own a dedicated macro lens so made do with the Nikon 24-70 F4S and the Nikon 50mm F1.8S. The images turned out ok I reckon.
