Only 3 balloons in the race? I am afraid that I do not get the title you have suggested from the picture itself. Yes there are balloons in it, but there appear to be only 3. It looks like the main subject is "building" on what looks like an island in the middle of the lake. This looks like an HDR image - is it? Regardless, I like the detail in the clouds in the sky and the reflection of the structure and the balloons in the water.

Clone out the balloons and you will have a nice shot of the gazebo if you increase the exposure some.

The balloons are not the main focus of this image. That gazebo is really nice, I would love to shoot there sometime. Do you have any other pics on a different day of the gazebo?
As a general rule, hot air balloon photos should be bright and colorful. IMO!
