St. Lucia Pitons

The Pitons are the most known feature of the island. The locals say the island is the only female island in the Caribbean, and these are the boobs...

I don't do many panos, but I thought a pano was the best way to capture this shoreline since the skies were just overcast and gray. Stitched together from 6 images.

Haha, thanks! I didn't know either until the locals told me so! And if those are the boobs, then this is the, uh, well you get the idea..

Pano's can be addicting. How much did you overlap each image? I usually go for about 1/4 of the frame / viewfinder.

I probably overlap more than I need to, but I actually go closer to 1/3 or 1/2 of the frame. I think I just err on the side of caution so I don't accidentally miss a spot.

This is a bokeh pano that I stitched together from 31 images.
