C&C per req:
An interesting image with a neat composition, but which as a few technical issues. First is the lack of focus; despite the "preseence" the foreground has, it's not in focus. In fact, it looks like the it's only when we get down to the bottom of the stairs that we find sharp focus. Selective focus can work well, but in this case I would say that electing for foreground focus rather than background would have been the option; ideally, having it all in focus is what you want. I'd recommend reading up on selective/zone focusing and hyperfocal distance.

Additionally, the water (in fact the whole image) would have benefitted greatly from the use of a CPOL to enhance the colours are remove the glare from the water.
