There he is alright. He was hanging out on the stairs at one point.

what is that three flights up on the right another person? That would make two. They just aren't clearly obvious.

Love this photo!!!!! This looks like it could be a really fun one to mess around with the processing...For example, cloning out the bright windows on the right towards the bottom, making a high contrast B&W (as was suggested already), various crops, etc.
