PS- Winning capture ... but, I'd center the eye and nose. Presently, there is more room on the right than the left and it is a bit distracting ... a trim a bit of black off the top. Wonderful B&W conversion.

That look is about as intent and focused as it gets. The BW conversion enhances the drama of it too. Cropping the top did help quite a bit. Good call on that Gary.
