Not bad.. I think I would lighten it up a good bit personally... seems very dark!

Nice suggestion Charlie. I did feel like this shot was missing something. I went along with your suggestion. I pushed the fill light substantially, bumped local and global contrast a bit:

I was goning to say lighten up the sky but I like the detail in the tree, the revised image works for me.
