Start them early

My grandson visiting couldn't wait to watch the birds and take pictures, so lent him the "glove box" camera which kept him busy taking flowers if no birds at the feeders. like the rest of us- he liked to share his efforts! This time with his sister. Printed up a good few of his images to take back to show his teacher. Bit different to my start at the same age with a 1/4 plate camera - dish developing and contact printing, sisty years on now have a nice dry non-smelly darkroom in photoshop!

Oh oh oh, what a great moment captured!! Look at her sweet little smile as she looks at the shots (or, ummm, were they shots of her??) They seem to get along rather well.

He even managed to get some pictures of his old "Pops" a rarity as usually i am behind the camera which until I loose some weight is a good thing.

that's an amazing shot. Really captures the innocence of childhood and the companionship that those two share. Really good work you did there.
