Starting out and looking for Photo Critiques

Hey Everyone! I am new to the site and new to digital photography as well. Now the I am finishing up my Master's degree I have a little more time to get into taking photos and could really use some advice and critiques on some of my past shots. A few of these were posed shots, but not very many... photos were taken with a Nikon D50 camera... looking to upgrade, but wont be for a while yet while I save up the money to do so. Thanks and Im looking forward to any feedback you are willing to give!
