Noticed something with little importance... the white border is thinner on the top and left then right and bottom

Ooh, I really like that. Excellent capture, good exposure and really sharp too.

All my bird shots end up a blob in the distance. I assume you got this with the 18-55mm lens. It must have been pretty close, was it trying to steal your lunch?
