Storing Photos and Negatives

Just thought I would throw this out and see what everyone suggests. What is the best way to store and organize, photos and negatives.

negatives you should use achival print files and store in a cool dry place. Photos the same. Most photo labs sell the Print File neg pages.

I have a file folder, and at the front it has the contact sheet you get with the negs.

Each contact sheet pic has a number, for example, 1, and that will mean the negs for those pics are on the first page of my negative archive!

Hmm, reminds me, I need to move my four+ boxes of photos out of the room that contains my 40 gallon Koi tank... pretty humid in there.
