Interesting looking building and nice framing. The little tilt and centered composition are a bit awkward though.

The dark clouds are just starting to roll in and I thought it showed up a bit in the image.....Maybe it doesn't come through

the undersides of those clouds are a little dark, but they certainly arent storm clouds.

OH! im sorry. your sky is kinda bright (at least on my computer) see if you can make it kinda darker, and the heavy underside of the clouds will come out more.
