We call that sawaiyan! That dish is delicious, Pak, Ind and Bangladesh have wonderful food I've to say! Karahi.... yummy :crazy:

As for the photo, I like the first one very much, The second one is having too much going on and looks like a mess, but the first one is awesome!

Thanks Frequency. It does look like vermicelli. A really good dish is rice vermicelli, shrimp, spices, & fish sauce from Viet Nam.
