The concept is great; a couple of thoughts on improvement: First and foremost, you need fill light here. Even your on-camera pop-up speedlight would have helped. Second, watch the background; the looky-loo in red shirt and trousers adds nothing and don't forget to level your images in post!

I will try to remove her in Photoshop, but not sure how I can remove her shadow too? I will Google a little...

Removing her and her shadow will be a very simple matter; copy & paste a section of the beach sand over most of her and use the clone & magic stamp tool to remove the rest, including the shadow.

Level your horizon; if you look at the image, the water runs down to the right which isn't natural. Rotate the image slightly to the left so that the horizon is level.

Yeah, fill means you have to provide light in the front to balance the backlight from behind the subject. With a raw file more can be done, but there is no real substitute for proper lighting at the camera.

This is a cool shot. I like it better without the fill light. Just my unprofessional opinion of course - you can still see his features in the first version (I don't see anyone with red shirt though so I'm thinking there has already been an edit done since the original post). Agree about the little girl, removing her removes a big distraction from the main subject. Unless this is already a crop you're going to lose some of the bike or the rider if you level this. Since you were already shooting as wide as your lens would go, I'm guessing you had no room to back up a bit?

Thanks! Yeah, me too, it makes the subject almost highlighted (or something in that direction) due to the sun rays falling on his back.
I did also not see red, I presume the person was in a hurry when typing? And no, in the original image she is wearing light pink/pink. No, the image is not cropped at all, and I did level it but still need to remove the girl.
Actually. the rider got me off guard. I was standing a few feet from him, but he jumped to my direction and I was like I cannot miss this shot.

There is a great 'found shot ' here.
Cropping off part of the bicyclist (which is a repeatable shot - and sort of a cliche) to get that instant of the little girl's reflexive response and her shadows.

The noise is there because the darker areas were brightened to extreme limits. You get a choice: noise and detail are two sides of a coin. You can suppress the noise but that will cause a detail loss. Keep the detail and you keep the noise. I chose to keep the detail.

And this is one of the reasons the fill light at the camera is the right way to go.
