Two minor critiques:

1. I would rather see it all black and white.

2. I wish there was a little space on the right hand side of the phone booth.

Other than that I think its a good capture.

2. Yes, I knw that, but in the background there were some passes by and they spoiled the whole composition

I like the select colour, but I also agree, it might look a little better with some space to the right of the phone booth.
