Struggling with Composition ...

composition is pretty subjective in my opinion. I like the close ups in 2 and 3 esp 2.

they show that you dont need to include the entire subject in the composition to portray the power and speed of those bikes. i like

From an ameture point of view, #1 does indicate to me that the bike is moving to the right. I think the vacant RHS of the shot shows that the bike is about to fill that spot and with the front wheel airbourne, it paints that picture even more so. I like #3 also. Not sure if this a top fuel bike, but you can see fluids exiting the exhaust telling me that this thing is about to let rip.

My opinion on #1 is........the dead space works to help tell the story of where the motorcyclist is when he performed his trick. Maybe crop some of the dead space out.
