Our seasons haven't been real good at transitioning this year.

Well we're just about to finish with Hotober.

Nice photo, the bit of foggy mist adds some atmosphere. Same here - some green, some brown, a little yellow... just filling up the yard and driveway. No regard for photographers at all!

Thank you means a lot getting a nod from you. We had heavy fog/low lying clouds till way up in the morning. The valley had mostly cleared out by the time I took the shot, but my house up on the mountain was still a white out. In this shot, most of the mountain ridge and bluffs that extend well above the wires are completely hidden.

Nice pic. The biggest difference between summer and fall in Florida is the amount of snowbirds that flood the streets and cause congestion. Why can't they just take one pic and go home?! (jk)

The leaves are turning this week here and it is dark overcast. Thursday may snow with a high around 39.

Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope it's gone by next week, will be in Cape. Plan on bird hunting at the farm for a few days, and would prefer it be better weather.

Looks like it will be mostly north of us, but we will get freezing rain and some snow Thursday morning. That evening is wind chills in the 20s. Looks I won't be taking the usual grands' photos before they trick or treat.
