Studio Space Ideas

Alright so I'm a college student that still lives with my family. I've been doing photography for a bit over a year now. I use to have a studio set-up in my basement, but then we moved to a new house in a secluded area and my family isn't very fond of me having models that they don't know come over for shoots. Since my personal funds are pretty tight and i can't afford to rent space, do you guys have any ideas of typical places that would allow me to temporarily use some of their space for shoots for close to nothing, cash wise?

Somewhere like a local Lions club or similar would usually let you use their places for either free or really cheap. Maybe offer a donation
