submitting photos

Hi! Can someone please help me.... I have no idea how to submit photos? Totally confused!!!!! xx

You have to type :
[ img ]url of the picture[ /img ]
(without the SPACEs in the IMG boxes)
This supposes you have the image stored online somewhere. Like imageshack, or an FTP folder.
