~ Summer Snow ~

I made landfall on Long Island late morning today and wasted little time in capturing a snowy egret wading in a beautiful salt marsh. Rode o'er topside on the ferry with me dogs and had a nice conversation with a woman under the warm September sun.

Running me gun dogs TRAD and MAC in an AKC Hunt Test on Saturday and Sunday in the Master Hunter and Senior Hunter stakes respectively. The weather looks awesome for the weekend and I look forward to seeing a number o' friends that are members o' the Long Island Retriever Field Trial Club, the hosting organization for this hunt test event.
